This policy explains what information RouteSure Solutions, LLC collects through routesuresolutions.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Information you give us
We collect what you choose to send us:
- Quote and contact requests. Your name, organisation, email address, phone number and whatever you tell us about the work. This reaches us by email.
- Blog subscriptions. If you sign up for new posts, we collect your email address. It is emailed to our own inbox and kept there. We do not add it to any advertising list.
- Email and phone. Anything you send us directly, which we keep as a business record.
Information collected automatically
Our web host keeps standard server logs, which record IP addresses, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. These are used to run the site, diagnose faults and protect against abuse.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not send anything to Google Analytics. WordPress sets cookies only when we sign in to run the site, and our caching software may set a cookie so pages load correctly. Visiting the site sets none.
Visitor statistics
We count visits so we know which pages are useful. The software runs on our own website rather than on someone else’s platform, and the figures never leave our server. It uses no cookies and does not follow you to other sites.
For each visit we record the page viewed, the time, the country and city your connection appears to come from, your device type, operating system and browser, and the website or search engine that sent you. Your IP address is not stored: it is turned into a scrambled code that lets us tell one visit from another, and the key to that code is changed regularly so the code cannot be traced back to you over time.
Information we handle when we deliver for you
Delivery work involves personal information that is not collected through this website: pickup and delivery addresses, the names of the people involved, signatures and the time of each handoff. We keep these records as proof of delivery and treat them as confidential. Where we carry medical or other sensitive material, we follow the handling and confidentiality requirements agreed with that client.
Other companies involved
Running the site means a small number of other companies see some data:
- Hostinger hosts this website and provides our email. Its servers process everything you send us.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces used on the site. Your browser requests them from Google’s servers, which means Google receives your IP address. Nothing else on the site is loaded from another company.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share information with clients, agencies or carriers only where it is needed to complete work you asked us to do, and with the authorities when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Quote requests and correspondence are kept as business records for as long as they are useful to us, and longer where tax or contract rules require it. Blog subscriber addresses are kept until you ask to be removed. Server logs are kept on our host’s own schedule.
Your choices
Email info@routesuresolutions.com and we will:
- Stop sending you blog posts.
- Tell you what information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete what we hold, unless we must keep it as a business or legal record.
If you live somewhere with specific data protection rights, such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or California, write to us and we will honour the rights that apply to you.
Security
The site uses an encrypted connection, and access to our email and website accounts is restricted. No website or email system is completely secure, so please do not send us medical records, financial account details or other highly sensitive information through a web form. Call us instead and we will arrange a safer way.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and government buyers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
