RouteSure Solutions, LLC wants routesuresolutions.com to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or captions. Accessibility is part of how we build the site, not an afterthought.
What we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1 at level AA. The site has not yet been through a formal independent audit, so we describe this as our target rather than a claim of full conformance.
What we have done
- Every photograph carries a text description for screen readers.
- Headings follow a proper order, so the page can be navigated by structure.
- Menus, links, buttons and form fields can be reached and used with a keyboard.
- Text and background colours were chosen for contrast, and text resizes without breaking the layout.
- The site adapts to phones, tablets and desktop screens, and does not require horizontal scrolling.
- Form fields have visible labels, and the field you are typing in is highlighted.
Known limitations
- Our capability statement and other documents are sent as PDFs, which may not be fully accessible. Ask us and we will send the same information as plain text or in an email.
- Typefaces and some page components come from third parties, so we do not control every detail of how they behave.
