What types of deliveries does RouteSure Solutions handle?
Envelopes, boxes and pallet-free freight up to van capacity: contracts, checks, filings, parts, sealed specimens and medical supplies. We do not carry hazardous materials requiring placards, live animals, or cash and bearer instruments.
Do you offer same-day or scheduled delivery?
Both. Same-day covers pickup and delivery inside one business day, while a scheduled route repeats with the same stops, the same driver and the same times on a monthly rate.
What is your typical pickup and delivery turnaround time?
Dispatch confirms a pickup window before a driver is assigned, so you know the timing before you book. Expedited runs go direct with nothing else in the vehicle, and same-day jobs finish within the business day.
Do you handle sensitive or time-critical shipments like medical or legal documents?
Yes. Medical work uses chain-of-custody forms, HIPAA-aware handling and temperature-controlled containers when the item calls for it. Legal, title and insurance documents move with a named-recipient requirement, so nothing is left at a front desk.
What areas do you serve?
Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery and Galveston counties, dispatched from Houston Monday through Saturday. Runs outside that area are quoted on request.
Is delivery confirmation and documentation provided for every job?
Yes. Every job is logged with a pickup window and an assigned driver, and we return proof of delivery showing who signed and when. Records are kept so they can be produced for an audit.
