RouteSure Solutions started because clinics, law offices and agencies here kept telling the same story: the delivery was late, and nobody could say where it was.
Who we are
Delivery is a promise, so we keep the promise short
We run medical and legal courier work across Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery, and Galveston counties, and we support government buyers with sourcing and supply. Both sides of the business run out of one office in Houston.
The company is deliberately small. A customer talks to the person who assigns the driver. That is why the pickup window we give you is a window we can hold, and why a change on your end reaches the driver in minutes.
We take the compliance side seriously because our customers have to. Chain-of-custody forms where they are required, HIPAA-aware handling for medical work, confidentiality on legal documents, and documentation on procurement orders that matches what the buyer approved.
Every handoff ends with a name, a time, and a signature.

Scheduled routes get an assigned driver. Your front desk sees the same face every week.
Document the handoff
Signature, time, and recipient name come back to you. No delivery is finished until that is recorded.
Quote the whole price
One number covers the run. No line items appear on the invoice that were not on the quote.
