How quickly can you collect a STAT specimen?
Call dispatch and we confirm a pickup window before a driver is assigned, so you know the timing before you commit. An expedited run goes direct, with nothing else in the vehicle.
Can you hold a daily route at a fixed time?
Yes. A scheduled route keeps the same stops, the same driver and the same times, mapped once and billed monthly rather than ticket by ticket.
What areas do you cover?
Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery and Galveston counties, dispatched from Houston Monday through Saturday. Runs outside that area are quoted on request.
How do you handle temperature-sensitive material?
Containers are arranged per job rather than kept on every vehicle, so tell us the requirement when you book and the right container goes on the run.
What training do your drivers have for medical work?
Our team maintains HIPAA awareness for business associates, OSHA bloodborne pathogens compliance, chemotherapy and hazardous drug safe handling, and specimen collection and transport training. We can supply current records for the staff assigned to your work.
What proof of delivery do we get?
The name of the person who signed and the time of the handoff, plus any driver notes. The record stays on file so a date can be produced if it is ever questioned.
Can you deliver after hours or at the weekend?
Saturday dispatch is staffed, and after-hours runs are arranged in advance with an agreed surcharge.
