Do you serve process, or only deliver documents?
We deliver documents. Service itself is carried out by a constable, sheriff or certified process server, and we handle the courier side of it — the documents to the server inside your deadline, and the paperwork back to your file. Ordinary document delivery is a straight courier run with proof of delivery.
Can you file at the courthouse for us?
Yes. We take the filing to the courthouse inside the window you give us and record the time of the handoff. Tell us the real deadline when you book, not the hoped-for one.
How fast can you pick up a rush filing?
Dispatch confirms a pickup window before a driver is assigned, so you know the timing before you commit. A rush run goes direct, with nothing else in the vehicle.
What areas do you cover?
Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery and Galveston counties, dispatched from Houston Monday through Saturday. Runs outside that area are quoted on request.
How is confidentiality handled?
Sealed material stays sealed and the driver records the handoff rather than the contents. Signature items go to the person you name, and are not left at a front desk unless you instruct us to.
What proof comes back to us?
The signer name, the handoff time and any driver notes. Where a server has handled process, the return of service comes back to your file with it. Our copy of the record stays available if a date is ever challenged.
