STAT and expedited runs
Direct point to point with nothing else in the vehicle. The driver leaves for the pickup as soon as the job is accepted.
Typical use: urgent specimens, blood products, a part a procedure is waiting on.
Medical courier
Chain-of-custody runs for labs, clinics and pharmacies across the Houston area. Dispatch confirms a pickup window before a driver is assigned, and every handoff comes back signed and timed.
What we move
Direct point to point with nothing else in the vehicle. The driver leaves for the pickup as soon as the job is accepted.
Typical use: urgent specimens, blood products, a part a procedure is waiting on.
A repeating run with the same stops, the same driver and the same times, billed monthly instead of ticket by ticket.
Typical use: daily lab pulls, clinic to reference lab, interoffice runs.
Temperature-controlled containers arranged for the job, for specimens, pharmaceuticals and anything else that cannot sit in Houston heat.
Typical use: refrigerated specimens, cold-chain medication, vaccines.
Supplies, records and medication moved between your own sites, or out to a patient-facing location.
Typical use: restock runs, chart transfers, equipment swaps.
Chain of custody
The job is recorded with a pickup window, the assigned driver and any handling rules you set. If the deadline cannot be met, we tell you before you book rather than after.
Chain-of-custody paperwork travels with the item, and the driver records the seal and the time.
We hand off to the person you name. Signature items are not left at a front desk unless you tell us to.
You get the signer, the time and any driver notes, and the record stays on file if a date is ever questioned.
