These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.routesuresolutions.com (the “Site”) operated by RouteSure (“RouteSure,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and your engagement with our courier, logistics, and government procurement and contracting services. 3. Quotes and Service Arrangements

Quotes and estimates provided through the Site or in response to your request are for informational purposes and are not a binding contract. Any services we provide are subject to a separate agreement, service order, or written confirmation between you and RouteSure, which will govern the specific terms, pricing, and scope of the work. Pricing and availability may change and are confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Government Contracting

Services provided to government agencies or prime contractors may be subject to additional terms, applicable federal, state, and local procurement laws and regulations, and the terms of the relevant contract, purchase order, or solicitation, which will control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

5. Information You Provide

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to us — including through quote and contact forms — is accurate, current, and complete. You agree not to submit information that is false, misleading, or that infringes the rights of any third party.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the RouteSure name and branding, is the property of RouteSure or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
